What a procurement office normally asks for, and where it stands.
- Company registration documents. Available on request once incorporation completes.
- Tax clearance and VAT status. Provided on request. VAT registration follows incorporation.
- B-BBEE status. An affidavit is available on request.
- Banking details. Issued on company letterhead and confirmed verbally before any payment. We will never send changed banking details by email alone.
- Professional indemnity and references. Provided on request for advisory engagements, with client consent where a named reference is required.
